About

Hi! I'm Jonatan, an AI transformation expert with a specialization in public sector transformation. I’m currently an AI Transformation Strategist at AI Sweden, the Swedish National Centre for Applied AI. With four years of specialized experience in AI, I help public sector organizations innovate and create value through strategic AI implementation.

I am currently product manager of Svea, a groundbreaking nationwide initiative to develop a unified digital assistant for the Swedish public sector. I conceived of the initiative in fall 2023 and successfully raised $900,000 in initial funding. Since then, this zero-to-one effort has forged significant partnerships, coordinated across multiple agencies, and tackled complex technical and legal challenges. The resulting prototype is now used by 1,000 users, demonstrating its potential for widespread impact. I am also leading Svea's expansion, working to raise an additional $5 million and scale the project sixfold by 2026.

I am most excited by opportunities where I am able to apply my broad skillset to create value and meaningful change, whether in scaling existing AI initiatives, navigating AI transformation journeys, or creating brand new opportunities with technological innovation.
